Welcome to ThePoet.ink. By registering for or attending any event hosted by ThePoet.ink, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Ticketing and Admission

  • Tickets purchased grant a revocable licence to attend the specified event at the designated venue and time.

  • ThePoet.ink reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for any reason, including breach of these terms.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

2. Event Changes and Cancellation

  • ThePoet.ink reserves the right to modify event details (date, time, venue, programme) without prior notice.

  • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or credit towards a future event.

3. Code of Conduct

  • All attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • ThePoet.ink may remove any participant violating this code without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content presented during the event (spoken word, poetry, visuals, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective creators.

  • Recording, reproducing, or distributing event content without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Liability

  • ThePoet.ink is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

  • Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings.

6. Privacy and Data Use

  • By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for event-related communications.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Photography and Media

  • Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you grant ThePoet.ink permission to use your likeness for promotional purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

  • If the event includes services or products from third-party vendors, ThePoet.ink is not responsible for their quality or conduct.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
